Recently, I had an experience at a Lucky Strike bowling alley that raised some concerns regarding their pricing. I was with my family of four and began our evening by paying approximately $75 for bowling. As we continued, we decided to order drinks. I ordered two double shots of Don Julio, which totaled $90. However, I noticed an additional charge of $64 on the receipt. When I inquired about this charge, I was informed that it was for ice, as I had requested the Don julio on the rocks.This pricing structure struck me as excessive and unwarranted. In my past experiences at other Lucky Strike locations, even when visiting with larger groups of family members—sometimes numbering eight or twelve—we have never encountered such high bills. On this occasion, our total reached over $320, and after disputing certain charges, they removed a sampler, bringing the final amount down to $294. This amount still seemed unusually high compared to previous visits.I plan to attach the receipt to provide evidence of these charges, as I believe it's important to share this experience with others. I tried my best to dispute the price further and try to let them know that the $64 should not be on the bill. The response that I’m keep getting is that “we don’t make the prices“. this was very concerning because these prices were not even posted anywhere or told to us by the server. I left this bowling alley feeling as if we were robbed, Robbed of our money and robbed of our right of choice. I would not recommend this bowling alley to anyone.

We had my sons Grad Party today at Sayville Bowlero, and it was absolutely fantastic. I can’t say enough about how great the party hostess’ were. We had Phoebe, Sam & Camryn, and they literally took care of everything for me. The set up they provided for my son was amazing!!I can’t thank them all enough for a Fabulous day of fun & celebration for my son🎳

I had a great time with my friend last Saturday. Our server Carlos was very attentive and recommended us good drinks and even gave me advise on how to throw the ball better, so thanks Carlos. Our lanes were well oiled which I appreciated.

generally a very nice place to bowl. however, if you go before 2pm, dont bother ordering any food or drinks.it took 45 minutes and complaining twice in order to receive 2 drinks (paid for online). we were told by a young male employee that he wasn't able to make drinks and needed to wait for the manager, which was fine. from our lane, i watched the "manager", a man wearing basketball shorts and a white cap, make our drinks, leave them at the end of the bar, and go to a lane by himself & start to bowl. I found the nice young lady working at the front desk and asked if i could take the drinks. she was very sweet & apologetic, and offered us more drinks as compensation, to which we declined, but we appreciated the offer.the young man with facial hair (Octavius) & young lady at the desk were very nice and professional. however, after watching their "manager" bowl multiple games and sit on his phone for the couple of hours we were there, i couldn't help but feel sorry for the staff, especially when there was a huge line at the front & no one was helping the young lady.

I absolutely love this bowling alley. I've been coming here for exactly a year now, the staff and managers are so nice, and Jay in the pro shop is awesome and super helpful too. Went from bowling once a week with my family to now having 4 of my own balls, and bowling at least 3 times a week. Thank you to everyone at Lucky Strike Sayville for making each visit fun!
