★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been to this arcade so many times and spent more than I'd care to admit. I always have so much fun and love the variety of games. They have everything from different types of claw games, rhythm games, ticket dispensing, multi-player shooters, and all kinds of stuff. Some of the claw games they have are pretty easy to win from too, if you know what youre doing. On top of that, they have bowling, a bar, and serve a variety of Asian drinks, snacks, and have some dessert as well. Lastly, they have pool rooms, space to host parties, a cool selection of prizes, and often have different deals to stretch your dollar.*Update: I was visiting the arcade on my lunch break and had a lovely and super supportive interaction with the manager Celina over an issue I was having. Her resoultion to my problem was so thoughtful and kind, it truly made me feel like Round1 is genuinely invested in their customer relations. I left with a little pep in my step. Thanks for turning around my day. It meant more than you know.
August 07 · CidaliaI am a huge fan of Round 1 and it's arcades. This is the 3rd location I've been to. This location was neat and clean, the staff were friendly, and the environment felt similar to other round 1's I've been to. However, this round 1 had significantly more machines that were glitching or broken. Which is unlike the other two round 1 locations I've been to. The figurine prizes were also purposefully kept in machines that required primarily luck to win. I only go to round 1s for the arcades and claw machines, so I cannot speak for the food, bowling, or billiards. But the arcade was surprisingly less maintenance and had way too many broken or glitching machines than the usual standard for round 1 that I've come to expect from the other locations. Maybe the tech team is on vacation, but it felt like far too many for their typically higher quality standards. Still a 4 out of 5.
May 05 · Smitty SmittyHad a blast with me and my friend. These don't exist in my area so it was a great experience. I wish the street fighter 6 cabinets were connected though so me and my friend could have played together. Also needs time crisis!! But overall great place and clean!
August 29 · James FI went here for my birthday, thinking I was just going to play the pinball machines, but there was so much more than I expected! They have four great pinball machines (although I wouldn't complain if they had more) but the rest of the games were very entertaining, and they have a wide variety for everyone. I appreciate that the tickets that I won went to my card, so I didn't have to carry them around. Plus, you can get a small trinket in their store for only 20 tickets!Little known fact: they have karaoke there and you can rent an enormous party room for a very reasonable price. Plus, the staff was lovely and incredibly helpful. I had a blast!
October 27 · Blue UtopiaThe best arcade I’ve ever visited. Slightly better even than the Holyoke location.I spent our Saturday night in a party room rental under the “all inclusive” bundle. Came with a massive amount of amenities and it was well worth the cost. At $600, $60 per person with a minimum of 10, the 3 hour room rental had the following: karaoke setup, 1.5 hours of bowling, access to billiards, 3 hour time cards for any arcade games that don’t produce prizes or tickets, unlimited soft drinks, 2 pizzas, several platters of wings, French fries, ice cream, and the offer to bring us more food! It also came with 1 beer voucher per person 21+.The staff went consistently above and beyond, checking on us frequently, delivering on all requests and even had a plan in place to fully utilize our time. He even made sure handicap accessible bowling was set up ahead of time! As a matter of fact the whole place is very accessible and wide for that purpose as well. The crane games we played after the room time expired were awesome and had exclusive prizes only found at Round 1 so that scratched our collectors itch! Our main contact Frederick was a particular joy, cross your fingers and hope you get our guy Fred!
