★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took my son to bowl for 90 minutes, and it was extremely expensive for just the 2 of us. Never bowling 90 minutes again unless it’s just him alone. Other than that we had fun and the lanes were working great and the staff was nice.
October 05 · Juan PerezCool arcade but seems a little gimmicky and less maintained compared to other Round1 arcades I’ve been to. I’d say 65% of the games were out of service, the cranes were missing the circle pillow to grab to win, they make you try to grab the actual plush. Just seemed like it was slacking and needed work.
November 02 · Eric BordenThis arcade is honestly a lot of fun. I absolutely love the coin pushers and claw machines they're super entertaining and keep me coming back. One of the best things is how late they're open, which makes it a great spot to hang out and unwind. Most of the machines work just fine on most days, but there are definitely times when things glitch either they don’t work at all or they give an error halfway through a game. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re on a roll. The reload card kiosks are always down, which is a pain, and unfortunately, they don’t have the tech to scan the rewards from the app, so all the points and deals you see there are kind of useless.Staff-wise... it’s hit or miss. There is one really sweet lady we’ve encountered who’s always helpful and friendly. But aside from her, the rest of the staff seem like they don’t want to be there. They mostly walk around looking annoyed, rarely smile, and give you a bit of attitude when you ask for help like unlocking a prize you won or fixing a machine. Half the time, they don't even know what to do which really kills the vibe.Honestly, an arcade seems like it would be such a fun place to work, and I’ve even thought about applying. I have tons of managerial experience and could probably help turn things around. But seeing how disengaged and negative the staff are makes me second guess the idea entirely. All in all, I can still go in, do my own thing, and have a blast with the games. But any time I have to deal with the staff or tech issues, it definitely puts a damper on the experience. If they cleaned that part up, this place would be amazing.
September 30 · Zacharie AllenFun place, lots of games to play. If you get a card for credit all tickets go to your card and at the end you can purchase an item at the merchandise store or cash out.The place has a bar and also a consecion stand that sells pizza, potato tots, chicken nuggets and other foods. Fun place not crowded.
November 25 · K silly DiThis place is terrible. I have been enjoying this place for almost 4 years and it has came completely downhill as of around 6 months ago. As I visited, 60% of the games were out of order. It had been like that for months, and nobody was ever there to fix the games. I go up to the front desk and tell them about the broken games, they refund the credits but never fix the game and tell me to my face it's "fixed". I replay the game that had supposedly been "fixed", and it was not fixed. Terrible experience, I am likely never going to be here ever again unless they fix the games. The pictures attatched are just some of the broken games that I had encountered. If they fix the games, and the place up, I will edit this review and make my rating higher.
