★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It's ok. A lot of the machines are broken, the bar is understaffed. The food is right next to the shoe rental place, I avoided ordering because I'm sure there's contamination with the antimicrobial spray they use for the shoes. The games that were working were fun and varied though.
June 10 · Monica wRound One’s a blast!! had a great time there with friends last visit. If you haven’t been, it’s worth checking out for the classic Japanese arcade fighters and solid mix of side games. Definitely worth a few quarters.
April 14 · Juney Zero(Karaoke) The karaoke is between the food area and bowling. I wouldn’t have found it without asking. The staff pretty much would have left me to be lost by myself but another staff member informed her that she should show me where it is.The remote control does not exist in the room so you spend time downloading the app and then making a user name, wasting time. The mic is old and the speakers are like boombox speakers from 2001.The Round1 of Japan are wildly different in the karaoke area. It was so disappointing. Also, the room was so cold! The thermostat was set to 53, why! (It was 60 degrees out!)
October 30 · パッテイI have never written a review before and tend to think negative reviews are overblown, but our experience at this arcade was so unpleasant that I feel compelled to share. We had really been looking forward to going here for a couple of months and finally had the chance to check it out with some friends this weekend, but it was not the experience we were hoping for. As soon as we got off the escalator at Round1, we were met by two security guards who aggressively demanded IDs. Turns out you need 2 people with IDs showing they are older than 25, which felt excessive for an arcade, but we showed them. We were then told that no outside food or drink is allowed, which is a fair policy (good to be aware of ahead of time though), so we finished up our drinks and threw them out. However, they then asked to search our bags. I opened my backpack, and one of the guards started rifling through the different compartments, which were full of random things (as a backpack tends to be). He looked irritated and said "Are we really going to do this?", and when I apologized for having lots of stuff and started to explain what some of it was, he cut me off, raising his voice and saying that this was grounds to "throw us out" and more. At this point, I was surprised and confused by the sudden hostility and rudeness, decided that my desire to go to this arcade did not exceed my interest in getting in an argument with this guy, and left. It’s a shame because we were genuinely looking forward to a fun afternoon after finally having time to check out this place, but the aggressive and rude behavior from the staff instead put a damper on our day. After reading some reviews here, I felt a little better realizing that we were not the only ones to have a bad experience with security. I totally understand having and enforcing security policies, but to whoever runs this arcade, I would suggest choosing security guards whose conduct does not actively drive away enthusiastic customers. It is just supposed to be a fun arcade after all! Definitely won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.
June 15 · AlexHad a wonderful time on 12/13/24 around 4 to 6pm. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Bowling cashier/supervisor also went above and beyond in customer service. It’s a great compliment before or after a movie or any other time. I will be a repeat customer with my 6 year old son.
