★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I don’t EVER write reviews on anything, however we on this particular situation it just has to be said. We Arrived Sunday night around 530pm with my husband and 2 kids (4 and 6) to what seems a very friendly desk person. Half of the lanes were empty but closed for some reason so the lady at the counter (Jackie -Manager) said it will take about 10 mins for lane 16 to open. Which 10 mins we didn’t think it was bad so we said sure we can wait no problem. Went over to the bar and ordered a beer and went back to the lobby to wait… about 15 mins had passed and we were not called in yet but a couple of white guys came in and were immediately directed to lane 16 (the one WE were just told to wait for) my husband got up and went over and asked how much longer and why our waiting lane was given to the other kids, she said “your wife said you guys can wait so I gave it to them first” she got into a confrontation because my husband explained that we could wait UNTIL THE LANE WAS CLEAR AND READY FOR US, but obviously we can not wait there the entire night. She ignored him and walked off as he was talking. (What started out like a great outing ended awful) the other two staff members there were very nice and trying to get everything situated. The Jackie lady on the other hand could have handled it MUCH MUCH BETTER. my husband felt like racism was a big part of it given we are a mixed racial family and the guys who were the lanes given to, were not… they originally charged us to wait for the lanes but then she said we were not welcomed there anymore , which is fine but no refunds were given back. And all of the commotion because we wanted to know why we were waiting for a lane that was given to another person as soon as they walked in.And the unprofessionalism of the Manager lady not given explanation and saying that she DOESNT HAVE TO GIVE AN EXPLANATION and also saying “you still want to play or not” with an attitude, and her walking away with disrespect. at the end of the ordeal my kids were very upset because they had been looking forward to bowling the whole weekend. But now I guess we have to find a further spot to go to because we are not coming back, and the funny part was we had told our families that we were going specifically there so they can meet us or maybe go another time all together since they are all regulars there . And now nobody wants to show up. We will find a better one. Even if we have to driver further it’s ok.
November 09 · Mabel SanchezVery nice staff who are willing to help you if you have questions to be answered. Lanes are great, well kept, delicious food, lots of parking. New scoreboards were recently installed. No complaints.
September 18 · Pat TeichmanWe were here for a birthday party and the lane stopped working. We asked them to move us to another lane so we could finish our game which they did. We asked to add 2 minutes to finish our game that we weren't able to finish because of the time lost on the broken lane and they refused. This place is nicely remodeled but the staff is awful and not very friendly. I think we will find somewhere else to bowl in the future!
October 05 · Cory DzienisKind of terrible altogether. I don’t usually leave reviews in general but we wanted to do arcade games and get something to eat. They told us we have to get a lane so we gave in and paid $17 for shoes and a game each. The nachos we got for $5 each were literally just cold jarred cheese whiz and chips. We decided once we started that we really didn’t want to bowl in the first place. We went to the front desk to ask for a refund and yet somehow they still charged us three more dollars saying we didn’t pay for our game that we already did pay for? Please don’t go here if you’re even a relatively kind person who avoids altercation.
October 11 · Jillian NewhartzHad a birthday party for my grandson. It was really great. Pizza and Pepsi supplied by the Bowling alley and we brought the cup cakes. 2 games of bowling. The kids had a blast. And it was so easy. The staff even helped us clean up the tables. Thank you for a great party🙂😛
