★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Place is great. We had a successful birthday party for my son months ago. Kids had a blast! He came back with a friend a few days ago. Paid for platinum tickets but the virtual reality, laser tag, and go karts were down for the weekday. A simple inquiry to the manager Sean and he gave us platinum passes to come back another day. Expectational service, employees are sweet as ever, and they are running a clean well managed show.
September 04 · The BartenderHad our son's birthday party here and confirmed everything the week of.When we arrived, it was apparent that they had removed a third of the arcade games, the virtual reality area, and had (permanently) shut down laser tag. This all had occurred after we booked the package that included all of that, and prior to the conversation I had with the employee to confirm everything. They didn't mention any of this. This was unfortunate because those parts were the main reason we wanted to book the party here.About an hour and a half into the time here, they shut down the bathrooms and the cafe so no one could get any food/drinks or use the restrooms. EDIT: they reopened the cafe but the bathrooms remain closed. I assume this is not in line with CT health code law. Glad they chose profits over their guest's needs. It was so desolate here that my son asked if they were shutting the place down. It's gone downhill here so quickly that we will absolutely not be booking going forward. We received a small percentage off the total bill due to the above but I feel that it was not nearly enough to justify all of the false advertising and inconveniences. On a positive, our hostess did a great job and was the saving grace to the day.
September 20 · Morgan BlackstoneIt's clear that they are not putting any money back in to this place. We've been coming here at least twice a year since it opened and it has gone down hill. We went on a Tuesday night, glad it was fairly empty. However, even with the very few guests, there was not enough employees. We paid for a platinum pass and half the activities that are included weren't open or were broken. Holes in trampolines, ripped netting, paint chipped, frayed padding, disintegrating foam. The only thing that made the experience pleasant was the very few but really helpful and kind staff who clearly were trying their best. Several staff members were having to run or manage 2-3 different areas on their own, running back and forth. This was not worth the amount we spent at all.
July 31 · Hannah ElizabethDo yourself a favor. Read the bad reviews, they're all true. When I first walked in the first thing I noticed was a cigarette smell inside the location. The wait to buy tickets was about 15 minutes not including the time it takes to sign the legal forms. The place is not very clean and feels uninviting. I have visited many Urban Air locations across different states, but this one does not get my vote. This location is by far the worst I've visited. The men's restroom is a disaster. Please see pics.
December 28 · Wellington CamejoA year ago, this place was outstanding; however, it currently has a foul smell. The reception staff are extremely rude and take about 20 minutes to help each person. Half of the arcade games are gone, and the women's restroom has two major leaks. It's really disgusting! I truly believe that the quality of this establishment has declined drastically. I wouldn't even suggest it for any kind of visit. It's unsanitary and unwelcoming, which are significant warning signs for a children's venue.
